THE BATTLE OF THE HEAD THROB
So I know most of you at some point have had a headache or two in your life that you wanted to get rid of. Some are bigger than others, but I don't know of one person who likes it when that relentless throbbing sensation has attacked our sanity. Below are some of some of my favorite natural home remedies to tackle one of the biggest pains in the head a person can deal with in a more NATURAL way;).
ALMONDS
Grab 10 or 12 almonds for that low grade headache instead of aspirin and be well on your way to a delicious headache free day.
APPLES
Believe it or not an apple an day just may keep the doctor away for stress related headaches. Apples contain bioflavonoids which help in reduction of blood pressure which can stop a head ache dead in its tracks.
BANANAS
Yep this common staple just so happens to help with the battle of the head throb too:)
PEPPER
The capacin in black pepper is a great home remedy against headaches even when mixed with foods.
Some of these home remedies may work better for some than for others , but they are all definitely worth a try:) Now instead of running for a aspirin you can grab something a bit more tasty to relieve you from your headache woes.
